Mexican chorizo, scrambled eggs, red bell peppers, jalapeno jack cheese, topped with smoked salsa fresco, and sour cream. Rolled up in a flour tortilla, served with a mixed salad. 15

Filled with chorizo, red & green bell peppers, onions, three cheeses, charred tomatoes, then topped with smoked tomato salsa, queso cotija, and hash browns. 14

Mexican Vegetarian Omelet
Red bell peppers, onions, spinach, zucchini, and fresh thin slices of jalapenos. Served with a mixed salad and salsa Ranchera on the side. 14

Huevos Al Gusto
Fried or Scrambled. Two eggs with bacon, served with refried beans and hash browns. 14

Chorizo con Papa Quesadilla
Filled with hash brown potatoes, Mexican chorizo, scrambled egg, red onion, and cheese. Topped with guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. 15

Chilaquiles (Mexican Hangover Remedy)
Crispy corn tortilla smothered in salsa verde, onions, epazote, cheese, and sour cream. Choice of two fried eggs, chicken, or steak. 16

Huevos Rancheros with Skirt Steak
5-oz skirt steak, two fried eggs, queso fresco, fried corn tortillas, and salsa ranchera & tomatillo sauce. Served with refried beans, hash browns, and crowned with slices of avocado. 19
